ABOUT
AnnaRae Grabstein is an entrepreneur, executive, strategic advisor and board director who helps ambitious businesses navigate complexity, make consequential decisions and turn strategy into results. She is the founder and CEO of Wolf Meyer, where she advises founders, CEOs, boards and investors on business strategy, corporate development, commercial performance, leadership and governance.
With deep roots in cannabis and experience across complex industries, AnnaRae works with companies at pivotal moments, from scaling operations and rethinking commercial models to entering new markets, pursuing partnerships and evolving leadership teams. She brings the perspective of someone who has both built businesses and advised the people responsible for their next chapter.
Leading & Trailblazing
Her operating career includes serving as founding CEO of pioneering cannabis testing laboratory Steep Hill; COO of Marin Sun Farms, a vertically integrated natural foods and meat business; and co-founder and senior executive of NorCal Cannabis, which grew from inception into a major California operator.
AnnaRae currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of WWOOF USA. Her prior board service includes Chemistry, GreenBax Marketplace and the California Cannabis Industry Association. She brings independent judgment, commercial discipline and an operator’s understanding of governance to the boardroom.
She also co-hosts High Spirits: The Cannabis Business Podcast with Ben Larson and is a frequent speaker and facilitator. Having come of age in San Francisco and the famed Emerald Triangle, she brings a long view of the industry’s evolution and a commitment to helping good ideas become enduring businesses. She holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
